We were tasked to paint this home directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The home was in good shape overall but was in need of a great paint job. In a lot of the areas on the house, the paint was failing due to the sea salt and wind-driven rain. We pressure washed the house, removed and sanded all failed paint areas, and Oil Primed all of the house. We then applied 2 coats of Sherwin Williams resilience to the Body and Sherwin Williams Duration to the trim.
